New York Jets


 

The New York Jets team is a member of the Eastern Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). Founded in 1959, the team reformed their nickname to the Jets in 1963. New York highest point of their AFL days came with a remarkable upset of the NFL's Baltimore Colts in Super Bowl III. The team returned to the post-season frequently during the 1980s and then in 1998 they won their first AFC East title..
